• How it works?

  -After we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
  -While processing your order, do not log into your account via console or comp. app on!
  -The current status of the order can be called up at any time in the member area.
  -After completing your order, you will receive an email and you can access your account again.

• How are the Coins transferred?

  We list a card under its regular price , which we snipe on the buyers account.
  Then we sell the card for it´s market price.
  We continue this process until the whole order is fulfilled

• Where can i find my BackUp Codes?

  Go to https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/security/index
  Click on “Security”
  Click “View” Backup Codes
  If you have use them already , you can refresh them there.

• Does SafetyCoins cover the 5% EA Tax?

  Of course we cover the 5% EA Tax, because at SafetyCoins we don't work with hidden fees or anything like that. Here you get exactly what you paid for (sometimes even a bit more)

• How long does it take to complete my order?

  You can check the status of your order at any time in the members area.
  As soon as your order is processed, the transfer takes only a few minutes.
